Erin Booms grew up in a large family of entrepreneurs and it shaped the way she sees work from the start, not as something you clock into, but something you build. Following that path into consulting felt less like a decision and more like an inevitability.

Her academic route reflected the same instinct to find the right fit rather than settle for the obvious one. She began at Ave Maria University studying business administration, then transferred to Oakland University to complete her degree in Public Relations & Advertising. That combination, business fundamentals paired with PR strategies, is what pulled her toward marketing and campaigning in particular became second nature.

What makes her work different is the scale she chooses to work at. Erin isn’t interested in running a large corporation; she’s interested working one-on-one with a client and understanding exactly what they need. That’s the beauty of consulting, nothing is templated. Every strategy, every campaign, is built around the person it’s for.
